Senior Geotechnical Engineer
The Senior Geotechnical Engineer will be responsible for project management, engineering analysis, report writing,
business development and working with fellow staff to execute projects. The primary focus will be on serving clients
in the public and private sectors. The key duties included the following:
All aspects of project execution, including planning of investigation and studies, contract management, engineering
analysis, reporting, client interactions, project financial and project management.
May participate in preparing technical proposals.
Work includes client contact and may include limited business development.
Ensures that commitments to clients are met in timeliness, accuracy and conformance.
Requirements
Recognized Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering degree.
Professional qualification with RPE(G) or MHKIE(G) is essential.
Minimum of 6 to 10 years post-qualification experience, including planning and conducting geotechnical assessment,
stability studies, shallow and deep foundation studies and design, excavation stability studies and lateral earth
support design, reclamation and port facilities, contract administration and project management.
Strong interpersonal skill and good written and verbal communication.
Project Engineers
To lead and supervise the design of a variety of geotechnical and civil engineering projects.
Requirements
MHKIE, MICE, MIMM or equivalent with 6 years relevant experience.
Engineers
To undertake the design and site supervision of a variety of geotechnical and civil engineering projects.
Requirements
Recognized degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years relevant experience.
Assistant Engineer
Requirements
Recognized degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent.
