Fugro has been operating in Hong Kong since 1973 and was among the first geotechnical consultants established in the territory. Today Fugro, through its offices in Hong Kong, the People's Republic of China and South East Asia, offers the region an extremely broad and unique scope of services ranging from structural design of high rise buildings and foundation design through to in-situ and laboratory testing, instrumentation and environmental monitoring.

Fugro operates in Hong Kong through a number of different companies listed under Contacts / Office Locations employing over 650 staff and structured under a local holding company. Hong Kong is the regional office for all onshore geotechnical activities throughout Asia with offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Shekou, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Manila.
